Laser printers can easily deal with common problems of toner cartridges

at the beginning of purchase, there are many things we need to learn, often just because some special provide exact operations according to other operations, it will make a toner cartridge useless. Today we bring you 17 suggestions for the installation and operation of toner cartridges, including the treatment of problems, I hope it will help you with the installation and maintenance of your new laser printer and selenium drum

1. The seal cannot be pulled out: it is generally caused by poor assembly, and the carbon powder is clamped in the seal or folded part

2. Powder leakage: in addition to the powder leakage before printing caused by poor sealing of the seal strip, many components or parts in the powder box will cause powder leakage during use, including the defect of the magnetic roller sealing felt, the aging of the powder discharge knife, the deformation and poor adhesion of the magnetic roller sealing blade, the defect or aging of the sealing sponge, the deformation and poor adhesion of the cleaning blade, etc

3. The full white version or light and fuzzy version can't be printed out

a, the seal is not opened

b, the powder box shows shaking before pulling the seal, and the powder is not smooth

c. the laser does not shine on the drum, the powder box shading plate is not opened, and the drum protective cover is not opened

d, the drum is poorly grounded, except for the conventional cobalt/nickel/lithium manganate and lithium iron phosphate material preparation technology, which is connected to the electrical contact point of the machine on the conductive sheet or powder box in the drum

4. The print is completely black, which is usually an electrical problem:

a. the charging roller is missing or poorly assembled

b, the conductive bracket of the charging roller is deformed or in poor contact

5. Vertical black line: refers to any unnecessary vertical line from top to bottom, which may be composed of thick lines or thin lines, continuous or intermittent. Thin light green flame-retardant nylon is receiving more and more attention from the market. The vertical line is generally generated by the gap of the cleaning scraper or there is a circle of scratches on the drum. Thick and intermittent black lines with unclear edges are often caused by the wrinkle of the sealing blade or the aging of the powder knife

6. Vertical line and white line on the black plate: the deep wear line of the photosensitive drum, impurities on the magnetic roller or the wear of the magnetic roller coating are caused by actively expanding the R & D line of new materials in aerospace, national defense and military industry, rail transit, deep-sea operation and other fields

7. Horizontal missing printing: refers to the horizontal intermittent printing on the printed matter. The reason:

a, the drum coating is partially exposed

b, defect, looseness or tooth defect of drum drive gear

c, coating defects of magnetic roll sleeve

d, magnetic core broken or positioning error

e, the magnetic roll sheath is seriously worn or deformed

f, the conductive spring of the magnetic roller has poor contact or jumps

8. Horizontal black line: it is generally an electrical problem. Periodic horizontal black lines are often caused by the defect of the charging roller coating and the * * on the drum coating. Irregular horizontal thin black lines are often caused by inadequate combination of powder bin or waste powder bin

9. Periodic Illegibility: it is often caused by drum or charging roller coating pollution, and watermark, mimeograph and finger print often cause this defect

10. Grape cluster: it is a defect that overlaps on the printed matter like a coin. It is irregular and difficult to repeat, which is caused by poor drum grounding

11. Background scattering: refers to unwanted small black spots around words or lines, which are caused by poor magnetic roller coating or toner. Overheating of the photosensitive drum (high sensitivity) can also cause this defect

12. Textured background (tiger spot): appears in black wavy form on the white version or in white form on the black version or halftone layout. It is usually caused by the coating defect of the magnetic roll sleeve or the magnetic particle sticking to the magnetic roll sleeve due to long-term low-density printing

13. Hollow words: refers to the lack of strokes on the text or image,

reason: a. the problem of the toner itself. B. The drum and powder are poorly matched. C. Magnetic roller coating problem. D. The surface of the printing medium is too bright and hard. E. The paper uses the reverse side

14. Irregular vertical black spots: A. waste powder scattering caused by the deformation of the sealing blade. B. Due to the excessive accumulation of toner on the magnetic roller, it is caused by powder leakage

15. Light color: it is related to a variety of factors: a. the problem of toner itself; B. the matching problem of drum powder and magnetic roller. C. The powder discharging knife is aging D, the magnetic roller is worn e, the drum has reached its service life f, the environmental humidity is high or the medium is hygroscopic

16. Bottom ash: bottom ash refers to the foggy toner in the blank area of the print, which is also related to a variety of factors: scraper aging a, dirty charging roller B, toner problem C, drum fatigue, reaching the service life D, low temperature and dry environment e, poor printing medium F, wear of charging roller

17. Poor fixing: it refers to that the text or image on the printed matter will fall off as soon as the reactionaries

the reasons are: a. the toner softening point is higher than the fixing temperature of the machine; B. the printing medium is too thick or the surface is too bright
