the paving of interior wall tiles is a technical activity with strict procedures and process requirements, which should be completed by a professional construction team. The technology of paving bricks depends on the technology of the master. The owner can't ignore this link in decoration. Next, I will introduce the eight steps of interior tile paving

1. Wall leveling. The pre paved wall must be flat, and the measurement shall be done before construction. The uneven wall or the wall with angle and size deviation shall be leveled with cement mortar

2. Waterproof pretreatment of wall. For the parts that need to contact with water, waterproof agent should be used for waterproof treatment first, and then 1:3 cement mortar should be used to scrape the bottom layer. The bottom layer should be flat, but it does not need to be too smooth. After 70% of the bottom layer is dry (1-2 days), it can be paved and constructed

3. Tile range water pretreatment. Soak the selected ceramic tiles in clear water for more than 1 hour in advance, and then dry them vertically for standby. For the same wall, a batch of soaked ceramic tiles should be used as much as possible to avoid color differences

4. Ground elevation. The elevation of the ground shall be accurately measured, marked, and the ground horizontal line shall be corrected with cement mortar or other materials (such as wood or wood)

5. Snap the line and arrange it in advance. After the bottom layer of the wall elevation is processed, the horizontal and vertical center lines of the brick joints are popped on the wall according to the size of the ceramic bricks and the way of arranging the bricks. Generally, the bricks are arranged from the external corner first, and the non whole bricks are arranged in an inconspicuous position (such as the internal corner) as far as possible, and wooden nails or indulgent horizontal lines marked with the paving thickness are inserted at the brick joints every 1-2 meters as signs

6. Mix cement mortar. 300 grade cement is used, and the cement mortar with proper moisture content of 1:1.5 is adjusted, or the pure water slurry with 5% 107 glue is added. The sand should be fine sand, and the particles should not be too coarse, otherwise it will affect the viscosity or paving smoothness

7. Tiling. Wipe the cement mortar evenly on the back of the ceramic tile, stick it on the wall with the drawn line, and then tap it gently and evenly with a rubber hammer or small wooden hammer to make the brick surface the same as the thickness shown by the wooden nail or the thickness of the vertical and horizontal line mark. For the difference of brick joints caused by the size error of ceramic tiles, small wood chips or toothpicks or special tool pads shall be used to firm them

8. Pointing. The inner wall bricks are generally laid seamlessly, and the displacement of brick joints caused by cement should be avoided during paving. If there is cement slurry overflowing the brick surface, wipe it with a rag four hours after paving. For non edging bricks, the size error of the bricks will cause a mortar joint of about 1mm. Use a smooth bamboo stick dipped in white cement slurry or special sealant to fill it evenly until it is full, and then use special tools to point the joints, so that the sealant between bricks is uniform
